Biography

Dr. Victor Shi is a fellowship-trained vascular & interventional radiologist with unique expertise and special interest in minimally invasive endovascular surgery, including both arterial and venous disease treatments; interventional oncology, treating liver, kidney, lung, bone tumors, and fibroids; dialysis access creation, maintenance, and intervention amongst many other minimally invasive procedures.

After completing his subspecialty fellowship training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, one of the most prestigious vascular & interventional radiology programs in the country, Dr. Shi took an assistant professor position at the Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he trains fellows and residents in the field of interventional radiology. While remaining as a clinical professor at LLUMC, Dr. Shi was recruited by Focus Imaging Group in 2016 and was appointed the chief of vascular & interventional radiology at Garfield Medical Center.

Together with a team of three fulltime interventional radiologists, Dr. Shi hopes to bring an academic level of minimally invasive procedures and cutting-edge technologies to the San Gabriel Valley area. Dr. Victor Shi is bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
